Buying or selling a home is a life-changing experience. I work hard to help my clients navigate their path through all aspects of this process so that they can reap the many benefits of real estate transactions.
To make the process as smooth as possible, I have built relationships with a variety of financial and decorating vendors. I like to match staging with the personality of a home, making strategic use of color combinations so the house is presented in the best possible light.
Hospitality is a meaningful feature of my Persian heritage. That’s why home is so important to me. I find joy in helping my clients find their dream homes, where their families can make memories and entertain people who matter most to them.
I have lived in the East Bay since immigrating from Iran 25 years ago. Soon after becoming a hairstylist, I opened a studio on Piedmont Avenue in Oakland. My success as an entrepreneur was due to my passion for paying close attention to detail and providing strong customer service. In return, I built strong relationships with my clients, whom I came to consider my friends.
I have long been drawn to the history, design, and residential architecture of homes. Long before I became a real estate agent, my family and I would visit open homes on weekends, and that experience made me familiar with all of the different East Bay neighborhoods. It also educated me about how to best present a home for sale as well as the importance of listening closely to what a homebuyer is searching for and doing the necessary research to find it.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband and daughter. We cook recipes from many different cultures and hike in the East Bay’s incredible regional parks.
I would value the opportunity to help you find your dream home or work with you to sell your house and begin a new chapter in your life.
